DELIVERY / SHIPPING POLICY

• If any cancellation or return is required, full delivery charge and cancellation fees are applicable.
• Goods are only delivered by company transport trailer, pickups or crane pickups (3 ton or 10 ton).
• Regular material will be delivered within 2-3 working days. Customized material delivery depends on quantity and material availability.

RETURN POLICY

Returns are only accepted if any material is found damaged at the time of receiving within 24 hours. Sold material cannot be returned.

REFUND POLICY

Once orders or items are purchased and payment has been made, we will not accept cancellation of orders or issue any refund except for the below condition:

• Once an invoice is generated online, if the client needs to cancel the order or invoice, 10% of the total amount will be deducted. Refund option is available within 1 week from date of purchase.
• Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
